Ms. Akeroyd has extensive experience in formulating and implementing business
development, sales, marketing and public relations strategies to acquire new clients and retain
existing accounts. She has set individual and company wide sales objectives
and established
plans to expand business. She identifies opportunities for strategic alliances and partnerships that further
business goals and is responsible for making executive decisions
that positively
affects the business. Ms. Akeroyd creates, maintains and reviews marketing and advertising
campaigns. She has crafted many contract bids and proposals that have resulted in
successfully completed projects as well as developing continuing relationships with those
clients. Her leadership skills have enabled the company to increase sales by 51% from
previous years while minimizing outstanding receivables. She is responsible for contract/
proposal drafting, marketing, accounting, managing bank accounts, payables, receivables,
collections and human resources.
